Leader - Enterprise Risk Management - Consulting/BPS Firm - CA

The Enterprise Risk Leader will be responsible for :

 Identifying the risk spots and put clear controls by:

1) Conducting regular audits- at service level/account level/ program level

2) Conduct pre audit checks for projects/ client audits

3) Identify potential risks and compliance gaps

4) Involved in Risk mitigation- understand early risk alerts and the impact of the risks

5) Analyzing the audit findings, identifying failure modes and accordingly develop process improvement opportunities

Looking at professionals with:

- Experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Audit & Compliance from Big 4 / Consulting / BPS Organizations

- Minimum 15 years of experience with CA Qualification

- Excellent communicator
