Leadership role in Digital Transformations & customer experience in Pune for a professional holding at least 12 years- experience that involves working closely with global stakeholders while providing customized digital solutions and developing business cases along with structure designing & delivering to the clients. RESPONSIBILITIES - 

- Developing and managing digital offerings

- Managing and on boarding digital partners

- Working on large business transformational projects, business architecture & creating value for different business lines

- Understanding client digital transformation need and providing customized digital solutions and developing business cases

- Conducting regular assessments for identifying opportunities & communicating the same to leadership, senior stakeholders along with designing a plan to action to achieve the same.

- Ensuring continuous learning to members on end-to-end business environment, processes and skills.

- Defining SOPs within defined frameworks and boundaries to ensure smooth functioning.

- Monthly one on one meetings with the Management.

REQUIREMENTS - 

- 14-19 years of experience in digital transformation and customer experience for BPO/BPS

- Experience in Client-facing projects in a consulting and/or technology professional services organization

- Passion for forward thinking digital transformation

- Strong interpersonal & presentation skills

- Experience & Understanding of modern digital technologies (Cognitive / AI, ML, Analytics etc) is add on

- Prior team management experience and someone who is also comfortable to work as a hands on.

- Exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills.
