Responsibilities:

- Evangelize, sponsor and activate digital innovation across the company

- Develop and institutionalize digital strategies through cross-functional partnerships that transform traditional systems to re-engineered, digitalized processes

- Partner with marketing, sales, customer management and operations to define and deliver superior customer/user experience, business results and business model innovations through state-of-the-art, superior technology solutions

- Develop, implement and ensure adoption of the right technology solutions to meet current and future needs of the business

- Consolidate technology platforms and modernize to a digital native technology infrastructure

- Drive data and analytics integration across all functions to infuse AI driven experience and efficiencies

- Measure effectiveness of digitalization investments and continuously improve digital ROI

- Build robust digital ecosystem with modern architecture, processes, expense management and governance

- Build, integrate and develop a highly engaged team of superior technology experts in software products, digital engineering and data sciences

- Stay abreast of technology innovations, trends and practices and champion early adoption of the relevant changes

- Contribute to the leadership team as a thought leader with passion, initiative, creativity and partnership.

Requirements:

- 15 years' experience in technology, preferably across several domains including development, product management, infrastructure, security, data and analytics

- 7-8 years in designing, activating and powering digital platforms in sales, marketing, customer management and operations

- Expertise in microservices/API, cloud and big data technologies

- In depth knowledge of customer experience architecture in web/mobile system and enterprise management software

- Proven leadership success in digital transformation initiatives

- Innovative mindset to challenge status quo through disruptive technologies

- Experience in both building technology teams and managing vendor partners including negotiation and project delivery

- Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

- Positive problem solver with a can-do attitude

- Preferable to have experience in residential real-estate and/or Indian consumer digital businesses like telecom, fintech, digital retail.

- Masters in engineering, computer science or related fields

- Prefer to have certificate, experience in cloud technologies and data sciences

- Demonstrable continual learning aptitude

Reporting relationships:

- Matrix reporting to CEO

- Will manage a team of 10 technology SMEs specializing in product management, full stack software engineering, data engineering and data sciences
