Leader - Digital Transformation - BFSI (8-15 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities
- Driving large and complex projects for BFSI clients in the area of digital transformation / IT Transformation.
- Providing Strategy consulting and Advisory to clients to drive end to end projects.
- Partner with multi-function teams and all stakeholders to constantly deliver high end engagements.
- Bring in strong knowledge of Advanced Technologies like - Mobility, SaaS, Cognitive Computing, Natural Language Processing and Analytics.
- Lead the end to end execution of projects starting from opportunity assessment, to strategy development to implementation.
Requirements :
- Strong knowledge of solution designing, IT domain consulting experience and project management experience.
- Experience of working in a global market / dealing with global teams.
- Experience of driving large transformations for clients.
- Should have Intermediate knowledge of Digital technologies.
- Demonstrable client / stakeholder Management and Project Management Skills.
