As a leader of Digital Operations IT - IAC, you will have the opportunity to lead and shape an organization that will the realize value from IT investments in the Co's Digital and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

- Build a knowledgeable, effective, and trusted organization combining strong technical delivery and operational competency

- Work with the Director, Solution Ops IT ; Marketing and IAC Digital Service Delivery Lead to deliver the digital products and services that will be used by consumers, caregivers, and others in the animal health ecosystem

- Work with IAC Digital Service Delivery Lead to manage business demand and team capacity process that must balance internal product teams needs with operational excellence and stability

- Manage resources and eliminate barriers to ensure commitments are delivered on time and on budget, with appropriate quality with adherence to policies and procedures

- Recruit, develop, engage, and retain a diverse and high-performing team

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in IT field or related or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree

- ~15 years of experience with minimum 3 years of experience leading a team of professionals to meet the strategic business goals

- Proven history of partnering with leadership teams on the strategy and implementation of business critical programs

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple executive stakeholders with differing priorities

- Collaborate with executive leadership and business partners to define, develop, and prioritize execution of IT strategy

- Experience with portfolio management, including processes, valuation, budgets and business planning, and operational execution

Additional Skills/Preferences: Previous experience in animal health or pharmaceutical industry is desirable
