JD - Digital Marketing Leader This role will be responsible for marketing campaign and lead management processes. A successful candidate will be one who is detail oriented and highly organized. Quick learners who are comfortable working autonomously as well as in a fast- paced team will thrive. Main duties include planning and building automated marketing campaigns and reporting on campaign performance. Additional responsibilities include but aren't limited to creating landing pages from templates and forms to capture visitor information; aiding in process and systems design and deployment to support marketing work; as well as some social media marketing management. Responsibilities : - Understanding of technical aspects of marketing systems and marketing automation - Implement media campaigns across various digital platforms (Adwords, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, among others). - Managing Marketing budget - Customer Segmentation and execution of strategies to build, maintain, and enhance Marketing database. - Build reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of campaigns - Deploy various usability, creative, and conversion tests to continuously improve the customer experience and drive optimized performance and improved KPI's. - Manage strategic marketing operations projects, including process design and optimization, martech vendor selection, purchase and onboarding, and reporting and insights projects - Creating strategies to increase online traffic - Tracking the conversions and improving the percentages and numbers - Taking care of everything from SEO, SEM to Social Media Marketing - Evaluating competitor's Digital Marketing strategies and creating plans to overtake them - Drive website traffic and acquire leads - Develop and execute multi-channel, integrated demand generation campaigns that leverage digital and other channels Requirements : - In depth understanding of digital marketing technology, including marketing automation and paid search, social media platforms - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Website strategies, display, retargeting, and paid Social for B2B organizations - Understanding of SalesForce - Strong analytical skills; ability to integrate multiple data sources into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations - Minimum 5-8 years digital marketing experience - Project management skills/ability to multitask and prioritize - Ability to analyze data, prepare and interpret reports, and communicate actionable results, findings, and recommendations
