As Digital and AI Technologies Leader, you will be instrumental in building up the Digital and AI COE for client's R&D Center in India. You will play a pivotal role towards definition of Software roadmap and vision, driving strategy towards growth of the business and executing projects towards the strategy.

Description :
As Digital and AI Technologies Leader, you will be responsible for :
- Build AI & Digital software competency of client's R&D Center in India to deliver world class software and digital solutions for its products globally
- Advise and drive technical synergies between the multiple product divisions
- Help business unit leaders in building niche software skills. Provide key inputs to the R&D Center and/or divisional level software strategy
- Help attract, hire, coach, develop and build world class talent for software teams
- Key focus on providing technical leadership and driving software excellence for Medical software application
Profile :
To be successful as Digital & AI Technologies Leader you should have :
- Minimum Engineering graduate with overall 15-20 years of experience
- Proven ability & experience with Digital, Cloud, AI, ML technologies
- Preferably an experience in developing & launching products in AI & Digital space
- Excellent leadership & management skills
- Proven ability in building strategies and decision making
- Assess needs for new devices or software and designs and implements plan for it
- Analytical mindset to develop and utilise information and data
- Excellent written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills
- Understanding of other, non-technical parts of the business
- Be a part of an organisation that aims to make healthcare better together with their customers.
