Leader - Data Engineering/Science - Banking (13-20 yrs)
We are looking for someone to :
- Head the Central data science and engineering team in the Center of excellence(CoE).
- Also lead the knowledge augmentation and lab initiatives for the CoE.
- Build and scale up the bank-wide initiatives in the data science and analytics technology space.
- Interaction with the senior-most leadership to drive the agenda of analytics-driven digitized business delivery.
- Drive Technology adoption at the organization level.
Need:
- 14+ years of experience in Data Science/Engineering space.
- Someone who has scaled up and built the data teams and products.
- Exposure of BFSI could be added advantage.
