- Scouting for seasoned professionals for one of the leading MNC that offer great benefits with opportunities to advance and learn alongside accomplished business leaders. - Lead an operational team to contribute to the planning and execution of country-specific service adoption plans including report production planning, process adoption, quality reviews, communications and reporting readiness. - Regularly liaise with local country SPOCs to ensure accurate capture of cross border spend data in a timely manner and to escalate issues to relevant stakeholders where necessary to implement rigorous service performance metrics including bi monthly KPIs &amp; Scorecard and to drive local country affiliates to address backlog or slippage on agreed milestones - Prepare for and facilitate data capture workshops with local affiliates and including the translation of global processes into day to day operational procedures. - Manage the performance of the team, manage the year end process and create development plans. - Build productive working relationships with main stakeholders sharing insights or lessons learned gained from other countries. - Grooms and develops talent, implement succession planning and mentor associates for higher responsibilities. - Lead regular service governance review meetings with local affiliates and of Global stakeholders to review reporting production plans and to challenge readiness to meet regulatory deadlines.
