The candidate would be responsible for developing, overseeing and implementing CSR initiatives across Corporates and NPOs with a mission to improve lives through business. This role will provide leadership to our CSR division in building and developing it. The candidate should have past experience in this field enough to lead it and could have a post graduate degree. Moreover, he/she should be passionate about CSR and entrepreneurial. Job Description : - This is a genuinely unique opportunity to develop and deliver a corporate sustainability vertical for a young and developing organisation. - The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager will be based at Mumbai. He/she will be joining an organisation committed to providing responsible and sustainable business solutions, forging close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders with a focus on developing a long term positive legacy in the communities where it operates. - This is a new role that is ideally suited to a proven and impactful CSR Manager who can bring an impressive track record of adding significant value within similar high profile roles. - You'll be the person shaping and establishing the formal arrangements for target setting, business development, Governance, reporting and communication of organization and its clients long term approach to sustainable business practice. Please note : We are consultants advising clients on their CSR and not into CSR. Scope of work : Development : Work with external agencies to develop and maintain detailed proposals for Corporate Social Responsibility strategy Delivery : Manage and co-ordinate the delivery of the programme, including target setting, Governance, audit and reporting. Work with Clients and internal teams of the organization to ensure effective internal and external communications of CSR activity, including stakeholder engagement in shaping the strategy Maintaining Relationships : Make effective communication and develop relationship with clients for CSR assignments to be undertaken by the Company Key Essentials : - A track record of success and achievement demonstrated within relevant CSR role. If not the owner of CSR strategy, you must be able to evidence significant input into the strategy and responsibility for the delivery of a comprehensive CSR programme. - Degree calibre or equivalent, exposure to finance or legal background would be an added advantage. - Strong delivery focus with proven experience of managing complex projects successfully in a busy business environment. - People management, Remote management experience would be highly desirable. - Influential and engaging - inspires others by developing credible strategies, and demonstrating high levels of personal impact and credibility. - Strong relationship building and Client and Stakeholder management skills.
