Responsibilities :

1. Technology Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with our business goals and transformation objectives.

- Drive the successful migration of our infrastructure from on-premises to the cloud, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition.

- Implement scalable and agile technology solutions that support the company's growth and international expansion plans.

- Continuously assess emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and business growth.

2. Team Leadership and Management:

- Lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.

- Define and enforce best practices, standards, and processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of technology solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, operations, and business development, to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.

3. Cloud Transformation:

- Architect and execute a comprehensive cloud migration strategy, leveraging industry-leading cloud platforms and services.

- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of our cloud infrastructure and applications.

- Drive the adoption of cloud-native technologies and agile development practices to improve operational efficiency and speed to market.

- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of cloud transformation initiatives.

4. International Expansion:

- Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to assess international markets and devise strategies for market entry and expansion.

- Oversee the development and deployment of localized technology solutions to meet the unique needs and regulatory requirements of target international markets.

- Establish partnerships with technology vendors, service providers, and local stakeholders to facilitate international expansion.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a CTO or a senior technology leadership role within a media or technology company who has demonstrated though leadership and has guided CTO's through technology transformation

- Experience in Playout & Distribution, Content Supply Chain, Post Production & OTT will be an advantage

- Strong track record of successfully leading and executing technology transformations, particularly in migrating from on-premises to cloud-based infrastructure.

- Extensive knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and expertise in cloud migration strategies and best practices.

- Experience in expanding business operations and establishing international presence in multiple markets

- Solid understanding of media technology trends, including streaming, content management, data analytics, or AI/ML applications

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives

- Proven experience in managing technology budgets and delivering results within allocated resources.
