Leader/Associate Director - Fire & Safety - Real Estate Consultancy

Job Specifications :

- The ideal person will be responsible for the Fire & Safety regulations at all client locations

- Mitigating Fire & safety Risks

- Fire Safety of buildings

- Good Understand of Statutory & legal Regulations

- Develop proactive measures

- Physical visit to buildings for Audits

- Will be handling PAN India role

- IC role but will have some Matrix responsibilities for people

Ideal Candidate must have :

- Minimum 12-18 years of experience

- Ex Fire Brigade Chief, retired or early retirement

- Has got experience of working within a Government body (either as a consultant or employment)

- Understands Government Fire and Safety regulations
