University Engagement Lead & Employer Branding APAC The University Engagement Senior Program Manager, will define and deliver programs to position the firm as the top employer of choice amongst students across APAC region. These programs will be solutions and mechanisms that resolve significantly complex problems and provide a long-term beneficial impact on a large customer segment (students, business and HR stakeholders). These could include deep-dives on particular program areas, as well as identifying new opportunities. She /He will be responsible for leading, owning, planning, strategizing and executing the process adoption by partnering with branding/recruiting teams across multiple countries in the APAC region. Core Responsibilities : - Define structured approach for engaging with universities and students across the region - Build project plans, products and mechanisms to operate and audit programs across multiple tracks, business segments and locales. - Independently manage complex programs from concept through pilot and full implementation. - Be willing to "roll up sleeves" and operate with limited guidance and in ambiguous situations. - Set metrics and monitor the effectiveness of ongoing strategies; recommend and implement changes as required.
