- Qualified BE/BTech + MBA

- Experience of working with ecommerce company would be preferred

- Lead the transformational projects from the supply chain and logistics perspective

- Delivering key improvement projects for the region

- Design strategies to carry out the projects locally

- Support the corporate team in bringing out the change

- Manage a large team with exposure to cultural change and cross functional

- Ability to drive the change agenda
