Lead - Transformation - Black Belt/Green Belt/Master Black Belt - Shared Services

The Transformation Lead has the skill-set of a LSS Black belt/Green Belt/Master Black Belt who can also fulfill the role of a Scrum Master and facilitate scrum projects. They will provide a strategic support to the GBS organization and service delivery units. The basic responsibilities that this role will be handling (in a nut-shell) is identification of (improvement) project & execute the projects as per the decided benchmarks & standards.

Below mentioned points are a mandate to apply for the role:

1. Should be a certified Green Belt, Black Belt or a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma/Six Sigma.

2. Should have process improvement experience in the domains of Finance, HR, Procurement/Supply chain/Purchase.

3. Should have an experience of a minimum of 3 years working into a Global Shared Services/Global Service Center/Global In-house Center/Center of excellence/Global Business services environment.

4. People having an international experience or who have worked on digital transformations, RPA, etc. in the said domains would be preferred.
