- Main role will of a trainer for soft skill training's like team building, communication, inter-personal skills, customer orientation skills, basic Japanese culture training like pre-joining, work culture training etc. Any additional training area covered is always welcome.
- Contribute towards new/existing content development, improvisation, generating new ideas, creating training proposal ideas etc.
- Delivering training's as main trainer
- Leading/managing training activities like content development, training of trainers, training system development, pre-post evaluation of training
- Training Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE Model)
- Require some operational work like training arrangements etc
