Position/ Title : Lead - SalesForce Promotions & Events Reporting to : Associate Director - Product Marketing Job Purpose : - This role has the responsibility of driving key KPIs of the business and channelize Salesforce /Channel actions towards both short term, medium-term and long term KPI objectives and right business practices. - Enable achievement of business and Marketing objectives in conjunction with category, Brand and Sales team. - Organizational Relationships Internal: Marketing Function, Sales & Training Team, Management Accounting, External : Distributors, Salesforce, Vendors, Agencies Roles and Responsibilities : Salesforce Calendar : - Conceptualize and design Annual Salesforce Promotions Calendar aligned with business strategy - Support the business rhythm and momentum for retail operations, Direct Sales and e-tail operations - Propose and design a creative theme for each month - Design and create a promotional calendar in sync with Category team & Sales & Training team & Sales team - Analyze the effectiveness of previous years promotions, Use MIS to analyze and design promotions - Propose exclusive non-Tupperware products / other incentives to be offered as part of the SF promotions Product Planning for SF promotions : - Identification, production, imports, forecasting and ensuring availability of products - Managing end-to-end for Non-Tupperware gifts/ other incentives like gift cards for SF promotions Vendor Management : - Negotiation with the vendors for best deals - Handle procurement, activation and dispatch and also support in related issue resolution - Follow up with warehouse to ensure timely procurement and delivery of products from vendors to the eligible Sales Force Other responsibilities : - Monitor SF promotions- effectiveness, gather feedback and make regular recommendations for improvement - Ensuring on time communication to the Sales Force on a regular basis. - Conceptualization, theme and design of Salesforce Collaterals - Briefing the brand team and developing the salesforce targeted collaterals - Manage the budget and Gross Profit (GP) for the Salesforce promotions Events : - Lead & Drive the execution of Salesforce focused Events Desired Profile : Knowledge & skills : Education : MBA in Marketing Experience : 7-9 years of relevant experience - Exposure to Market Research & Intelligence, Strong Analytical Skills - Highly action oriented, Adaptable, Agile - Prior experience in managing team - Strong Interpersonal Skills - Stage Presence - Prior experience in Trade Marketing/ promotions will be an advantage.
