- The role requires prior experience in leading Total Rewards for a mid size organization in the IT/analytics/SaaS space in a fast-paced environment.
- Please do note MBA from a good B School is preferred.
The primary responsibilities would include:
- Lead C&B processes and projects of pay planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
- Analysing different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and preparing reports.
- Design policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees.
- Lead the HR Analytics portfolio.
- Designing Benefits policies and ESOPs

To fit the bill:
- 8+ years of experience in total rewards.
- Global experience of working in a global multi-cultural environment, managing the North America market would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have experience in a Mid Size or Startup (Tech based) for a few years
