Lead Total Rewards


Job Responsibilities :


1. Demonstrates Thought leadership on the development of Total rewards strategy, methodologies and approaches

2. Develop, communicate and administer competitive total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, retirement and other work experience programs, that are cost effective and in sync with market trends and organizational objectives

3. Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations related to compensation and benefits programs

4. Design, development and deployment of Employee policies especially which have a cost impact

5. Manage the review, communication, and implementation of the annual benefit programs and the annual total compensation review (annual salary planning, merit increase process, variable pay and incentive policy, salary structures to ensure alignment with company goals and budgets

6. Working in partnership with external vendors and consultants in both compensation and benefit areas to ensure the company is positioned competitively and stays current on trends/changes in both within the industry and general industry

7. Developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy for compensation and benefit programs and identifying opportunities to better enable the company to improve employee engagement, facilitate proactive and effective messaging and cadence

8. Play a critical role in the due diligence process and comprehensive review of all compensation and benefit plans for new ventures, mergers and acquisitions, if any

Minimum Qualifications :

- MBA with minimum 4 years of experience in Total Rewards, C&B is required

- Human Resources experience, including significant experience in the design and implementation of complex compensation and benefits programs is required
