Third Party Governance Lead - 12+ years - Chennai Third Party Governance : 1. Have a strong knowledge and hands-on experience of managing Third Party Governance (TPG). 2. Implement a newly developed enterprise Third party framework. 3. Assess business and technology risks related to Third Party vendors and services. 4. Manage the entire Third party governance from onboarding to de-boarding of vendors. 5. Provide governance on Third party management working closely with service owners. 6. Provide ongoing oversight on risks generated / emerging from Third party. 7. Ensuring Third party compliance to all Regulatory / statutory requirement. Core skills : 1.
