Third party risk management Controls Assessment Lead
- As the TPRM Control Assessment Lead, you'll be responsible for leading third-party control assessment activities across the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) lifecycle.
- In this role, you will establish and manage three cross-border, multi-jurisdictional TPRM Controls Assessment Teams focused on Security & Data, Integrity, and Resiliency. These teams will:
- Support the business in delivering requirements related to third-party engagements.
- Drive continuous improvement in the risk and control environment through close collaboration with business stakeholders and third parties.
- Provide global guidance on third-party risk identification, assessment, and management processes.
What will you bring?
- Professional experience in risk management and compliance within the financial services industry, ideally with a focus on third-party risk management (e.g., Security and data, Third-Party Integrity, Resiliency, ABAC, ESG, Business Continuity, Outsourcing, Procurement).
- Proven experience leading teams and enhancing performance through employee engagement.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of maintaining effective relationships and delivering risk-related communications.
- Demonstrated ability to meet operational deadlines and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience interpreting regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience managing teams in a multi-jurisdictional environment.
- A customer-centric approach to risk management.
