Lead - Testing - SaaS

- Managing team of 6-8 members with continuous focus on Automation Coverage

- Ensure product quality at the end of a release cycle by understanding the product features

- Will be responsible for conducting product testing (including all aspects like Black box, White Box, integration, regression, stress and other forms of testing for each release cycle

- Prepare daily status reports and weekly/monthly update presentations for management review

- Collaborating closely with the different teams in tracking defects

- Responsible for updating artefact's related to testing based on product modifications and changes in specifications/stories

- Required to travel to various countries based on project needs (requires onsite presence at client location for long durations as well)

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Drafting concise test cases from the requirements of a product release and mentor the team on the same

- Involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Profile :

- 8+ years of experience in testing/QA and at least 2-3 years of QA team leadership

- Proficient in QA methodologies, Agile SDLC principles, test automation framework, different verification/validation techniques, and test management

- Experience in B2B product or testing companies with experience in testing for Enterprise Clients.

- Must have an extensive experience in Automation

- Good experience in testing Integration Applications, REST & HTTP web services, JSON/XML, web apps and relational databases.

- Should understand the functionality and write test scripts (unit, Integration test scripts)

- Tracking of reported problems and defects using tracking software (Jira etc.)
