Mandate - Candidate should have hands on experience of Hospital Tendering Expert Experience

Idea About Role :

1 Must have 15-20 years of experience in awarding Contracts/Tenders of Hospital projects

2- Review and evaluate tender documents from a technical point of view in order to identify risk factors, ensuring that technical terms comply with the relevant standards and coordinates with the SUB Heads and Civil Head for the overall risk assessment and bid decision.

3- To manage the bid qualification (bid go / no go) process for new opportunities.

4- Obtains quotations and review, analyze and recommend the subcontractors and vendors.

5- Finalizes estimation of all direct and indirect costs and consolidates tender documents for management review and approval.

6- Generates weekly tender status reports highlighting progress on concerned tenders.

7- Manage the bid budget.

8-Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic, and business issues.
