Lead - Technology & Transformation - IT Firm

Our client is a leading technology company that provides products and services on an international scale, with a large footprint that is growing at a scorching pace.

The Role :

The company is seeking to identify a bright and innovative technology leader for their multi-country operation. With a prime responsibility for conceptualising and creating the company's information technology mesh including infrastructure, connectivity and security, the purpose of your role will also be to transform the organisation's functioning by embedding technology in every facet of business delivery.

You Will

- Help design a new-age IT framework including hardware, software, connectivity & security

- Oversee product & solution development, including standards, tools and control structures

- Operationalise and manage 24/7 technology delivery with 100% reliability

- Leverage technology to enable business integration across all product and service businesses

- Support and integrate Robotics and Automation across processes

- Drive Business Intelligence through Data Analytics and predictive learning

- Manage teams for the technology sub-functions - ops, dev-ops, integration & security

In sum, you will set up and manage a dynamic infrastructure that uses today's tools to deliver tomorrow's products and services.

Your Profile :

- You must be a graduate or master's in technology with 16+ years- experience in the IT/Technology function.

- Of this, at least 5+ years must be in a leadership role in a large enterprise and/or at least one rapid-growth start-up that has achieved scale and complexity.

- Recent certifications in advanced technologies will be preferred.

- Your experience must cover key areas of IT from product development to infrastructure, including security and ERP/CRM management.

- Exposure must include conceptualising, creating, implementing and delivering. You should have worked closely with business and an environment of experts, partners and vendors, to achieve transformation.

- Preferred locations for this role are Pune, Mumbai or Gurgaon.
