Lead - Technology MIS & Analytics - Oman

Principal Accountabilities :

Scope of Work :

- Define KPI's for efficiency performance measurement within IT and PMO in consultation with respective Management Team Members

- Design and Develop the dashboards and reports for defined KPI's

- Identify data sources and coordinate with application custodians to source data for required dashboard and reports

- Implement the Dashboards and Reports

- Regularly publish the Reports to multiple stakeholders

- Continuous engagement with various stakeholders at all levels for seeking feedback and improving the MIS

Personnel Specifications :

- Experience of 5+years in designing , analyzing and publishing MIS related to Technology and PMO of a bank

- Strong analytical skills and previous experience in data mgmts.

- Proven experience on automation of dashboards and MIS

- Expert level skill in Microsoft and Oracle Analytics Tools for data mgmt.

- Expert level skills in Share point and MS office for visualization of dashboard

- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

- Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project etc.)

- Outstanding time management and organizational skills

- Excellent team work ability
