Our client is growing rapidly and aims to be an INR 500 crores topline firm by year 2022. They are seeking a technologist who has built digital products/consumer apps/websites from scratch and can hire, develop &amp; grow a team of enthusiastic technology and product professionals. S/he will ideally have both a strong background in product management and Technology, allowing the candidate to provide a deep analysis on new technologies and architectures while simultaneously judging the market potential of these emerging products and solutions. EXP : 5 - 8 Key Responsibility Area : As Technology Lead : - Responsible for managing company's technology roadmap as well day to day operations to support business - Assure the timely development and successful execution of the company's technology architecture during their current phase of growth. - Help build, manage, and validate a Tech Roadmap for its Products - Recruiting, managing and mentoring resources of the technology team As Product Lead : - Responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap, applying design thinking process to innovate the product, define and generate the KPIs of the Product which enables business growth, coordinating with multiple business functions and scrum teams - Translate market/customer requirements to define "WHAT" needs to be done and "WHY" across industries and geographies - Conduct market and customer research to shape future direction, develop product and solution concepts, and present recommendations to all stakeholders - Provide market/customer context to the product engineering team. Develop customer evaluation programs and prepare customer engagement models - Support any marketing proposal/decision with comprehensive business rationale. - Directly interact with customers to understand their requirements Candidate Background : - Should have a minimum experience of 5 years - Passionate and value-driven Product Manager with experience in successfully generating value for the organisation - At least 3 years of experience in delivering as a Technology Lead. Should have demonstrated success in delivering a scalable digital product/module - At least 2 years of experience in managing distributed teams - Should be Bachelor's in Engineering and preferably an MBA from the top 10 institutes - Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial drive to excel Compensation : Attractive salary including ESOPs
