Job Overview

We are looking for a strong tech consulting lead who is who is enthusiastic about demonstrating and driving value of technology in business processes. This role is a new role in the organization, and will be working with senior leadership to understand initiatives and programs, set up a structure to drive across diverse teams and deliver outcomes on time.

Focus areas will include taking on a key objective that could span business analysis, value capture/ realization, people enablement, process redesign. A large part of the role is working with senior leadership and translating their vision into a program or an initiative, set it up with the right governance and drive it to closure.

Main responsibilities

Work with senior TFO leadership to

- Understand the big picture and the objective of a program/initiative

- Determine the details on how to translate that into a plan, with the right stakeholders, budget and schedule

- Convince and sell stakeholders on the objectives, the plan and specifically their actions and dependencies

- Interviews/ discussions with business/ client and other stakeholders to understand expectations and level set on dependencies

- Understand the business value being targeted and identify the critical path that needs to be streamlined to achieve that

- Come up with recommendations that span technology, governance, people and processes to help unblock and address

- Be detail oriented and have sufficient drive to get to the desired outcome

- Be flexible and be able to ideate on alternate approaches to meet the program objectives and be ready with Plan B to ensure continuous progress

- React at short notice to urgent requirements and be able to navigate and stretch to be able to unblock and solve to get to an outcome

- Align with stakeholders to ensure acceptance and readiness

Key Attributes

- Experience in tech consulting roles that are client facing in the business analysis, business blue print, value realization phases

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong presentation and persuasion skills.

- Knowledge of IT development processes, high level exposure to devops

- High degree of competency in all phases of project management, including issue and risk identification and management; change management; tracking dependencies and milestones; and communicating overall project status.

- Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization.

- Demonstrated analysis and innovative problem solving skills

- Experience working in matrix, multi-functional teams

- Strong interest in being aware of new technologies

- Demonstrated ability to course correct, react fast and get to outcomes

Education

- Masters Degree in Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

Core Competencies

- Technology consulting sales or delivery

- Experience navigating with senior stakeholders

- Experience navigating through the influence model with global and extended teams

Preference

- 12+ years in a Top Tier Technology organization / Top tier Consulting firm / Product management environment

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong presentation and persuasion skills
