Lead - Taxation - Conglomerate - CA

- Lead the delivery of the full range of tax services which includes Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, TDS Compliance, Tax Audits, Advance Tax Compliance

- Lead the development and ongoing management of internal policies relating to taxation and implement these policies into existing accounting practices, and ensures corporate compliance with all applicable local & state, national & international tax obligations

- Lead in formulating the tax policies of the organization / Be an internal specialist in Direct & Indirect tax matters

- Manage all assessments and litigations representing the organization before various Tax Authorities & Appellate Authorities including Commissioner, ITAT, High Court, Supreme Court, etc

- Providing insight on computation, income tax, wealth tax, FBT assessment

- Ensure the participation and support to audits by statutory, internal and tax auditors and management of annual tax assessments

- Lead preparation of corporate tax returns and related reports, both internally and with external vendors

- Represent and defend the tax position of the organization to tax regulating bodies during audits or reviews

- Manage tax structuring on the various business proposal and proactive advice on the transaction with optimization of tax incidence with proper tax compliance with statutory provisions

- Lead the team and organizing the tax function for streamlined and continued support to the finance, business, and other management function.

Skills & Experience:

- Qualified CA with 10-12 years of relevant experience handling taxation related matters

- Hands on experience with all tax related matters

- Excellent Communication Skills - ability to present his view to the leadership / stakeholder management

- Attention to detail, goal-oriented and should possess problem-solving capabilities
