Overall Purpose of the Role

This role is part of the Talent & Total Rewards team and is responsible to execute key talent, engagement and retention strategies for the organization. The key objective is to design, manage and monitor organizational processes and configuration to manage talent and increase the talent pipeline and depth across the organization. The role also drives various engagement & retention interventions across the units by understanding the current gaps, expectations and influencing behaviours.

Key Accountabilities Induction KPIs/Measures

- Induction Process owner and efficacy driver

- New Joiner Experience Champion through - Induction & On-Boarding (Immersion & 5-4-3) for Above Unit & Key In Unit

- Induction Tracking & Reporting

- Managing GM & Above Induction

- Overseeing Induction of Below GM Through HR Ops

- Induction Adherence %

- Quality of Reports & MIS

Talent & Succession KPIs/Measures

- Execute the Talent & Succession Framework across the organization

- Design and roll out key talent initiatives - Assessments, surveys, tool kits etc.

- Map the key talent across levels

- Strengthen the IDPs for key talent by taking inputs from the PDR, Assessments etc.

- Track Internal movement of key talent in the system

- Monitor Action Plans for key talent across the organization. MIS & Reports against the same.

- Competency framework design for key talent groups - Assessment framework for key talent groups.

- Talent & Succession Plan Adherence

- Succession Coverage % Across key talent groups

- IDP Coverage %

- Quality of Assessment Framework. Performance Management KPIs/Measures

- Driving key milestones of the PDR (Performance & Development Review) cycle

- Communication to and Training of the employees on the process

- KRA alignment and communication for key roles

- Adherence to PDR cycle timelines

- KRA dictionary completion

- Quality of development plans (70-20-10)

- Training Needs Analysis for different talent groups
