You, as a Lead- Talent Partner will help identify the needs of organization and will be responsible for the management of projects to identify and on-board great team members. A few key responsibilities include the following:
Recruiting :
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet hiring requirements.
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine the kind of professional who would be an ideal fit.
- You, at all times will be in touch with candidates and help on-board new hires.
Stakeholder Management :
- Maintaining relationships with both internal stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Effectively manage relationships with agencies.
Process Improvement :
- Unlearning and learning and transferring best practices to the workplace.
- We expect you to be an active contributor, a thinker working to improve the way we hire and the methodologies we adopt to build out the recruitment function.
Mentoring :
- Lead from the front and guide the team to closure.
- Unblock the challenges of your team members by guiding them.
- Set an example for your team, draw a plan for their career goals and take them to the success
Requirements:
- 7-15 years of proven experience in technical recruitment with a product-based companies.
- A motivated and tenacious individual with a passion for recruiting.
