- Minimum 2-3years work experience into Talent Management / Talent Development.

- Education Criteria is a MUST - We are looking for candidates from Tier 1 B School pass outs.

Working Experience:

- Diversified HRBP experience in his/her overall career.

- Candidate must have OD / L&D / Talent Management areas work experience of more than 3yrs.

Brief On Profile:

1) Talent Management (COE Role).

2) Handling Talent Management & Talent Development

3) Design & Deploy interventions to build a development culture.

4) Drive career movements, career velocity, enable policies etc.

- Responsible for anchoring all People Processes - Capability Development, Talent Management.

- Cascade Annual 'In Tune' engagement scores around satisfaction drivers, diagnose gaps around engagement & plug the gaps working with Line Managers through focused Development Action Planning.

- Design for a constructive slack against the identified crucial positions. Plan, suggest and create differentiated career for HiPos in the region basis their Career Aspirations and career philosophy.

- Leading and developing a strategic HR road map for a rapidly expanding business and operations in collaboration with business stakeholders.
