Brief - Looking for candidates who 8 - 10 Years of experience in Organisation Development & understand Organisation process, how they operate. Manufacturing industry background is a must. Designing the Organisation Structure, Engagement Activity, Development impact, Bring transformation in the structure, Development aspect of key positions, Succession planning,

Experience - 8 - 10 Years

Key responsibilities :

- Talent Management

- Succession Management

- Organization Development

Functional Knowledge Required :

- Understanding of organization structure, talent management process

- Knowledge of organization development processes

- Exposure to good & sustainable HR practices

Qualification | Experience | Exposure ( Must Have ) :

- Master's Degree in Human Resources (MBA | MHRM or related degree) + Certifications in Organization Development with 10-12 years of experience of which min. 4-5 years in a similar role

- Exposure to Talent Management and Organization Development initiatives
