Functional Knowledge Required :
- Understanding of organization structure, talent management process
- Knowledge of organization development processes
- Exposure to good & sustainable HR practices
Qualification | Experience | Exposure ( Must Have ) :
- Master's Degree in Human Resources (MBA | MHRM or related degree) + Certifications in Organization Development with 10-12 years of experience of which min. 4-5 years in a similar role
- Exposure to Talent Management and Organization Development initiatives
