- 5-10 years of experience in Talent Management post MBA from a Tier 1/ Tier 2 institute
- Mandatory experience of working in a start up ecosystem
- Strong experience in Performance Management, Talent Management and Learning & Development
- Incumbent will be instrumental in running PMS, TM, L&D process
- Identify and differentiate talent across levels, groom the talent and prepare them for future leadership roles
- Improving existing policies keeping a track of latest Talent Management trends
- Excellent communication skills with strong experience in stakeholder management
