SUMMARY OF THE POSITION :
The Performance Management Specialist executes the PM life-cycle consistently and efficiently in support business group. The PM Specialist will be responsible for designing policies which ensure an efficient management of performance in an organization and to define and act upon the core values relating to performance. The PM Specialist will also manage, advise and coach on performance insights and trends, while managing relationships with internal stakeholders.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL SET :
- Master's degree from a reputed B School
- 4+ yrs. of experience in performance management; Business Partnering experience is mandatory
