Job Profile:
- Lead the Talent Management & Development agenda at the Corporate HR
- Manage the design and program management of key development initiatives for senior leadership and critical talent cohorts across the group companies
- Provide data analytics and insights to assess the effectiveness and efficacy of programs to Leadership
- Create a competency-based learning ecosystem to drive organizational performance
- Build a strong succession pipeline for all the critical positions by grooming internal talent for the next level
- Track career paths of all hi-pots and identify development plans for them
Candidate Profile:
- 8 to 12 years proven experience in Talent Management & Development
- Proven experience in designing and running programs.
- Should have strong stakeholder management skills. Manage leaders independently.
- Ability to design, program manage & execute programs.
- Excellent communication & influencing skills
- Good problem solving and analytical capability
