Talent Management Lead - CoE

- We are hiring Talent Management Lead do drive our Center of Excellence and play the critical role in developing new talent program to build us become an employer of choice.

- This role will centrally diagnose built and implement talent programs across the areas of Succession management, PMS, Diversity & Inclusion and will also own to strategize ESG outlook for the organisation.

- This innovative role will provide the opportunity to create the latest & industry 1st HR practices to drive impact towards people development. The Learning and Development practices will also be lead by the CoE Lead.

- The role will have a key partnership with HRBP's and total reward's to help successfully create programs across the organization.

- Critical to have functional knowledge in all these areas, high bent of research to practice experience, proven experience of creating Talent management programs in large multi cultural organizations & highly diverse set up's.

what we're looking for:

- MBA HR from Tier 1 or 2 colleges.

- 10 - 12 years' experience in Human Resources.

- Experience of handling multiple geographies in Talent Management will be valuable.

- Knowledge of industry, market trends and ability to leverages this insight to develop appropriate HR solutions.

- Demonstrate integrity in all business interactions and honors personal commitments.

- Effective in working with peers, business partners, and other colleagues - embracing different people and cultures to positively impact business performance and foster strong team work and inclusion. Builds networks and lasting relationships.

- Comfortable working in a demanding environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.

- This role will have opportunity to create best in class pan organisation talent practices for a growing organisation.

- Role will require to understand the current and future state of organisation to develop and implement effective programs that support organisation development, top talent identification, succession planning, performance management approach and along with diagnosing future talent needs for the organisation.
