The main KRAs would include :

- Handling high volume tech hirings across all levels

- Implementing Talent acquisition strategies

- Capacity planning, Budgeting and Stakeholder management

- Managing end to end Recruitment Process

- Implementing effective resource practices

- Talent Market mapping

- Review manpower planning and recruitment needs for different divisions

- Succession planning and Talent development

- Employer Branding

- Vendor Management

- Building and motivating Team

- Etc

Desired Candidate Profile :

An ideal candidate would be a Management Graduate from premier institute with 8-14 years of experience in hard core Talent acquisition and Recruitment operations. Must have worked with reputed Technology based organisations with proven track record. Should be capable of driving numbers and leading large teams.
