About client : Our client is an established firm in the consumer foods space as is looking to hire a Lead TA (Technology). The role is based in Mumbai and reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition

Your roles and responsibilities will be as follows :

- Manage the Tech recruiting cycle from end to end, spanning through areas and disciplines involving Cloud, Data architecture and Data sciences

- Manage a team of 5 talent acquisition professionals

- Sourcing, identifying, securing and closing the candidates under respective turn around schedules

- Managing overall talent acquisition process until onboarding of the candidates

- Collaborate with business leaders to improve existing recruiting and retention processes and help initiate scalable changes to the current recruiting strategy

As a successful candidate :

- You come with minimum 5 years of strong IT hiring experience with strategic mindset and have exposure to innovative ways of sourcing

- Have expertise in stakeholder management and liaising with top management

- Experience with ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.

- Candidates with technology/internet/digital industry experience will be preferred
