They are looking to hire for a Talent Acquisition Lead for India to spearhead their recruitment processes in Technology and strengthen employer branding for the organization
Description :
Reporting into the Global Talent Acquisition Head and with a team of 1-2 direct reports, you will be responsible for :
- Working towards identifying and sourcing the right candidates through various channels for Product technology roles including Big Data Analytics, machine learning etc.
- Manage end to end recruitment process from demand management to sourcing, reviewing, interviewing to offer and finally on boarding process
- Work towards defining better speed and quality to hire, candidate experience, go to market strategy, vendor management, recruitment drives, market mapping etc.
- Build strong pipeline for talent through market understanding and foreseeing the business requirements across India while liasoning directly with the hiring managers
- Exercise cost saving strategies within the product technology/analytics business and develop deeper visibility with the global region
- Work closely with the external search vendors to incorporate best practices and recruitment programs
- Work towards achieving the given targets within the defined time lines and TATs
- Coaching and mentoring the line managers and own team to mature the recruitment processes internally
- Should have handled end to end recruitment process along with strong team management skills across all functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (well spoken and written English skills) is mandatory
- Graduate/Post graduate from a premier school is preferable
- Should be a problem solver, seen global stakeholder management and come with excellent technology knowledge
