Lead - Talent Acquisition - Technical/Non Technical Domain - FMCD (9-14 yrs)
- Candidate must have 9 to 14 yrs of experience in Recruitment, Bulk hiring / mass hiring for Technical or Non technical .
- Collaboration between TA & hiring managers from different BUs - hiring calls, roadmap, resource allocations Understand the cost/benefit of every hire Strategic process .
- Developed the Campus Engagement plan with unique & different ideas to set higher bench mark.
- Participated in overall forecasting and determination of campus hiring needs for all business functions- Full Time, Summer Interns.
- Strengthened relationships with respective Executive Sponsors, Business Leaders with strong emphasis on respective vertical heads (in partnership with hiring manager), HR Business partners and C&B team, External Stakeholders - Colleges / University Students Representative.
