Lead - Talent Acquisition (Voluminous Tech Hiring)
Roles & Responsibilities :
The main KRAs would include:
- Implementing Talent acquisition strategies for the assigned Unit
- Capacity planning, Budgeting and Stakeholder management
- Managing end to end Recruitment Process
- Implementing effective resource practices
- Volume Hirings across all levels majorly in Technology roles
- Talent Market mapping
- Review manpower planning and recruitment needs for different divisions
- Succession planning and Talent development
- Employer Branding
- Vendor Management
- Building and motivating Team
Desired Candidate Profile :
- An ideal candidate would be a Management Graduate from premier institute with 8 to 12 years of experience in hard core Talent acquisition and Recruitment operations.
- Must have worked with reputed Technology based organisations with proven track record.
- Should be capable of driving numbers and leading large teams.
