KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Talent Acquisition:
- Engage with HR and business leadership in addressing key recruitment challenges, developing the strategic approach for and leading initiatives in sourcing, assessment and other areas to support recruitment
- Recruitment dashboards andsupporting analytically-driven practices
- Identify control and manage cost effective methodologies for sourcing MIX.
- Developing external talent pipelines for critical positions and supporting in business continuity through faster turnaround.
- Ensure smooth Implementation of global processes and managing global stakeholders
Talent & Performance Management:
- Be the architect of company's talent management and development agenda for the talent.
- Responsible for the end to end design and implementation of Talent Management & Organisation Effectiveness related interventions such as driving Performance Management System, Job Evaluations, Org structure designing, Development plans, Critical talent management, career and succession planning, competency management etc.
- Experience in managing performance cycles, talent reviews and IDPs
- Collaborate with Global COE's for implementation of Talent Management & Performance processes
