Postion : Lead TA &amp; TM Location : Gurgaon Industry : FMCG Desired Experience: 2009,2010,2011 Batch Passout from Tier 1 B School only KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Talent Acquisition: - Engage with HR and business leadership in addressing key recruitment challenges, developing the strategic approach for and leading initiatives in sourcing, assessment and other areas to support recruitment - Recruitment dashboards andsupporting analytically-driven practices - Identify control and manage cost effective methodologies for sourcing MIX. - Developing external talent pipelines for critical positions and supporting in business continuity through faster turnaround. - Ensure smooth Implementation of global processes and managing global stakeholders Talent &amp; Performance Management: - Be the architect of company's talent management and development agenda for the talent. - Responsible for the end to end design and implementation of Talent Management &amp; Organisation Effectiveness related interventions such as driving Performance Management System, Job Evaluations, Org structure designing, Development plans, Critical talent management, career and succession planning, competency management etc. - Experience in managing performance cycles, talent reviews and IDPs - Collaborate with Global COE's for implementation of Talent Management &amp; Performance processes Remarks : Only candidates from Tier 1 B Schools can apply
