Lead - Talent Acquisition - Startup (6-8 yrs)

This leading, well-funded start up is looking for a TA expert to lead and set up the TA function. The person should have hands on TA experience at a start up and the ability to think strategically and innovatively

Specifically:

- Identifying organisation's needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance.

- Understanding workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with the resourcing team to feed into recruitment timelines.

- Set up recruitment related systems and processes and build the best practices

- Communicating with external sources, i.e. vendor relationships to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact upon the business.

- Anticipating the organizations future and working with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company's success and think strategically and be able to set up processes like candidature tracking systems etc.

- Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs.

- Research and recommend new sourcing tools and recruiting software.

- Ensure proper on boarding and training for new hires.

- Managing and delivering reports and data when required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- 6- 8 years of experience in TA with a strategic mindset

- Experience in consumer tech start up is mandatory. Experience with international counterparts/clients is an added advantage

- Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Highly effective cross-functional team management. Ability work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to lead, mentor and grow the team as required.
