Lead - Talent Acquisition - Startup (6-12 yrs)
- Working exposure in a startup
- End to End Recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing and on boarding candidates
- Screening: Shortlisting candidates sourced and validating them on their experience and interest on the role.
- Lateral Hiring: Identifying right candidates with required skill sets and experience and make sure it should match with the requirement.
- Hiring Inputs: Meeting hiring Managers/ Stakeholders to understand the staffing needs and niche skills profiles
- HR Round: Conducting HR round for the selected candidates and negotiating salaries on company standards and recruitment budget limits.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with various manpower consultants to procure resources and per business criticality and need
