Lead - Talent Acquisition - Social Impact Sector - AgriTech (5-8 yrs)
We are currently retained by a leading agri-tech player (well funded and established but with a social cause) to hire a Lead-Talent Acquisition for them.
Does your heart lie in Talent Acquisition but at the same time supporting social impact. Then here's your dream job.
To fit the bill you must have 5 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience in either agri sector or a social impact focused startup/SME. An MBA from a reputed institute is preferred.
The role will include :
- Managing the end to end recruitment process.
- Create Employer branding at Campuses
- Sourcing potential candidates through different online channels
- Foster long term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Strong Stakeholder management to work with senior level folks to close the mandates
- Manage Recruitment budget, forecasting and pipeline
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System
- Provide great candidate experience
To fit the bill, you must have :
- Expertise in hiring for social impact startups
- Strong interest in working with an agri startup
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
