Looking for TA Lead for FlexAbility, RPO unit of a top notch recruitment firm.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensuring the lead time for recruitment, recruitment budget
- Collaborate with the TA team to plan and implement effective recruiting strategies for various positions
- Recruit, assess, and hire top talent within defined TAT thereby ensuring Cost effectiveness
- Process Compliance & improvement
- Business Management
- Stakeholder Mgmt.
- P&L Management
- Topline billing
- Team Management
- Client Management
- Data management/MIS/MS EXCEL
- Ability plan delivery spanning multiple clients
- Excellent ability to connect and interface with professionals
- Ability to build and manage high-performance teams (Mentoring, goal Orientation, Training, etc.)
- Ability to independently interface with clients and manage transactions
- Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.
- Highly energetic and motivated individual
Desired Skills and Experience :
- You will have a Master's degree in HR
- 10+ years of experience
- Preferably from RPO background
