About our client:

Our client is one of the largest players in the Retail sector. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist who will lead excellence in Talent Acquisition process for the organization and will be responsible for managing key deliverables on all TA metrics. This will entail partnering with function heads and HODs to identify their sourcing requirements, map the relevant external talent pool and recruit for roles across Leadership level and Campus hiring requirements.

Job Description:

Reporting into the Head - Talent Acquisition, your responsibilities will include,

- Responsible for recruiting for positions across levels, primarily for corporate functions and specific requirements in businesses.

- Be involved in leadership sourcing across the group

- Review the current recruitment process for the organization and identify areas of improvement to create higher impact

- Project manage the various phases of managing technology transformation and enhancement of the recruitment process

- Drive process adherence and capturing of all relevant information on the recruitment system

- Lead data analytics on all recruitment parameters and utilize the insights for process enhancements

- Identify and implement assessment tools for candidature selection

- Manage the candidate experience and ensure seamless interaction

- Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions within the organization and create a strong succession planning pool

- Explore different sources of recruitment to optimize recruitment costs

- Identify and engage with recruitment partners, negotiate terms of service and alignment with the organization's policy

The Successful Applicant :

- You must have in depth expertise and understanding of Leadership hiring & campus hiring across different positions and specialist roles with FMCG/Retail/Hospitality ONLY

- You will come with 5 -9 years of strong experience in recruitments, candidate assessments, fitment analysis and on-boarding with exposure and use of technology platforms in the talent acquisition space

- MBA in HR from Tier 1 B-schools only!
