About the Role & Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead, based out of Mumbai, who will play a pivotal role in the sustenance and growth of the business by adopting the right recruitment strategies and identifying & onboarding the right talent. The role is highly strategic and will report to the founder directly.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the team to drive the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities

- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring

- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience

- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business

- Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles

- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met

- Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks

- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement

- Coaching and mentoring the Talent acquisition team

- Strategize bench planning and pipeline management

- Build a robust MIS and Data Analytics

- Fully integrate the recruitment and selection process on the ERP

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 6-12 years of core Talent Acquisition experience in any industry (in house experience preferred)

- Experience with leadership hiring and driving bulk hiring preferred

- Strategic mindset to drive the talent acquisition function holistically

- Ability to work with and manage senior stakeholders

- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills; negotiation skills; problem solving skills

- Excellent understanding of the recruitment process

- Must be extremely process driven

- Good understanding of the Employer Branding strategies

- Hands on experience of candidate sourcing tools and methods

- Adept with job portals, LinkedIn, Recruitment ERPs

- Team player

- Must have strong people, client, and time management skills

- Any Bachelors or Masters Degree
