Engages with key HR and business stakeholders to understand planned demand and relevant business context and the impact on resourcing plans, and keeps up to date with industry trends and latest market intelligence to inform successful recruitment strategies. Evaluates and improves recruitment performance through effective use and analysis of metrics, and provides informal mentoring/training to junior members of the team to build capability. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND JOB REQUIREMENTS: - 15+ plus years of experience and knowledge in recruiting (in-house, RPO or agency) - Confirmed experience of the planning and implementation of end-to-end recruitment strategies across various disciplines - Experience leading a team - Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition processes and policy - Experience of managing and building relationships with third parties - Experience of working in a highly matrixed global organisation - One team mind-set - demonstrates an understanding of the value of, and ability to develop, high quality, trust-based relationships with the wider organisation, leaders & employees - Comfortable using predictive analytics to identify outcomes and improve decision making - Puts the customer and business strategy at the heart of decision making with the ability to guide leaders - Deeply integrated to drive business solutions, not operating as a parallel function - Consistent track record of improving and taking things to the next level - Understanding of agile ways of working with business and P&C partners - Proficiency in MS product suite - Listening, influencing and communication skills
